Fagley Wins Sectional 4-H Award
NORRISTOWN - Debbie
Fagley is the northeast United
States sectional contest winner of
the 4-H clothing award. She
receives a paid trip to the National
4-H Congress in Chicago,
November 27 through December 1.
Debbie is now competing for the
national clothing award and one of
six $l,OOO scholarships. The
