HARRISBURG - Frank and
Kathy Wood were living on
“Dreamstreet” with two Quality
Ulimate daughters capturing the
junior and grand champion ban
ners at the Pennsylvania All-
American Show.
The Woods, owners m Dream
street Holstems, Inc., of Walton,
NY, were named Premier
Exhibitor of the All-American
Holstein Show. The honor came
after two days of collecting ribbons
among stiff competition at the
prestigious show.
Leading the Dreamstreet show
string of 18 Holstems to its
“Ultimate” victory was the 4-year
old grand and senior champion
female, Millervale Ultimate
Rosalyn, classified excellent at 93
points.
Judge Peter Heffenng described
Rosalyn as “a cow of tremendous
strength and balance ” Rosalyn,
sired by Quality Ultimate, is a

Ultimate, a senior yearling also a

senior yearling, is undefeated in
show ring competition this year.

acquisitions and careful breeding"
is the guiding principle that lead
Dreamstreet to the AIJ-Amencan
winners’ circle. Both animals were
purchased this summer to add to
the Dreamstreet show string.

Wellsboro, who owned half interest
in the Millervale Ultimate
Rosalyn, said Dreamstreet bought
the 4-year-old in July.

contributing to Dreamstreet's
Premier Exhibitor win. was the
first placed 2-year-old, Howard
Home Valiant Eva. Eva is
classified VG-89 with an excellent
rated mammary. She was the
reserve grand champion at the
1983 New York State Fair Black
and White Show. Her grand dam,
EUa Gray View Ann, is rated EX
-93, 4E, and is a Gold Medal Dam
with lifetime production records of
251,111 pounds of 4.7 test milk.
