reflect trading prices for gradable nest run eggs (GNR) on Ed, a natiorn
wide trading center for producers, packers and marketers. GNR eggs are
classified by weight in 30-dozen cases, and traded in lots of either 300 or
750 cases. Fhrices are FOB buyers dock, and are computed Tuesday and

cook movement on whole birds has
improved overall but most plants
still have to discount, although not
as sharply as before, in order to
move additional production. Parts
movement is also a little better late
here again the supply is at
fully adequate. Overall slaughMr
remains fairly heavy, live supply
is at least adequate. Weights
trending a little heavier with mosfv*
plants starting to find their weights
m desired range. Undertone is
unsettled, ranging steady to weak.
Today’s L.T.L. asking prices 4-5
cents lower on U.S. Grade A at 51-
54 cents.
