We have been commissioned by the Chace Farms to sell then
rattle & produce located on Route 90 approx. 3 miles West of
Homer. From 1-81 take Homer exit #l2 to Route 281 north
approx. 1 mile to route 90. Watch for auction arrows.

This young Free-Stall Herd consists of (150) milch cows, (60) Fail bred
heifers starting Aug. thru Dec. calving, (20) yearling to breeding age
heifers, (40) from 6 mos. of age to yearlings, (28) started beifer calves to 6
mos. of age, (1) Service Bull and (1) started bull calf bron May 10-83 Sired
by Troy. The herd has a rolling herd average of 14.717 M 558 F 3.8 test.
Several of these first calf heifers in this herd are projected to over 20,000
lbs. of milk with several others projected to 18,000 to 19,000 milk. This herd
has over 100 head of Ist and 2nd calf heifers. A few of the Sires used in this
dairy are as follows: King Arthur; Ted; Willow; Lindy; Strephon; Elstan;
Executive; Rock and Barrett plus several more not mentioned. All cattle
mil be vet examined for pregnancy, Blood & TB tested ready for interstate
