Feedmaker processes 2 grains
Feedmaker II will roll two different grains at the same time
with the same set of rolls, according to Ryder Supply,
Chambersburg. A unique combination roll is cut halfway with
one corrugation, the other half with a different corrugation
and the buyer can specify which corrugations he wants.
Separate meters measure input to the rolls, and the
processed feed drops into a mixing auger where other
ingredients can be added with electronic feed meters. The
whole system is controlled by timer system that starts and
stops the mill, input augers and mixing augers. Flow control
switches stop the mill when any ingredient stops flowing.
