The event, sponsored jointly by the American Angus Auxiliary and the National Junior Angus Association will be held Tuesday, July 19, at the lowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, during the National Centennial Junior Angus Show. The cook-off will be judged by a panel of three persons. There will be two divisions, individual and team and two categories, recipes and showmanship.
