The Fair opens each day at 7 a.m. exhibition buildings are open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Patterson also indicated con tract negotiations have already - been approved with performers for several of the Fair’s Grandstand Night Shows. Their Identities,, however will not be released until - the signed contracts are received. The Bloomsburg Fair attracts patrons from throughout the state and many neighboring states. " / t,w?» |;/v> T A pre-fair Special Country Music Show will be staged Saturday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. An All-Pro Hodeo will be featured Saturday af ternoon, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. Vesper Services proceed the official opening of the Fair, Sunday evening, September 25 at 7 p.m. Over 1200 exhibits are displayed in permanent brick buildings in cluding flowers, arts and crafts, -agricultural and school exhibits, including 4-H, F.F.A. and F.H.A. Specious buildings also ac commodate cattle, horses, goats, swine, poultry, rabbits and dogs. Other events include bores racing, demolition derby, midget auto racing, wild west rodeo, horse and pony pulling, log sawing, puppet shows, petting zoo and band concerts. Many people plan their vacation for Bloomsburg Fair Week and > each year many inquires as to the dates for the Fair are received at the Fair Office.
