scratch recipes and should list the
name, all ingredients, the quantity
of each ingredient and step-by-step
mixing and cooking instructions.
Only one entry per contestant is
allowed and it must be postmarked
no later than December 31.
Ten finalists selected from
submitted entries must appear at
the Hershey Convention Center
