HARRISBURG State winners in 63 4-H production project classes and 31 performance classes were selected in the annual Penn sylvania 4-H Horse Show held October 1-3 in Harrisburg’s Farm Show Complex. v James Gallagher, Extension animal scientist at Penn State, said that about 600 young hor semen from most Commonwealth counties vied for awards. The state show climaxes the year for more than 8,000 Pennsylvania 4-H members enrolled in horse and pony project work. All members who participated in the state show were winners in county and district competition.
