Jones, head of USDA’s Packers and Stockyards Administration. “This will result in clearer un derstanding of the rules and lessen some restrictions on business activities without decreasing the protection provided under the Packers and Stockyards Act for producers and consumers. ’ ’ USDA is proposing to: —Revise and consolidate eight trade practice rules into one.
