Cessna Estate, Get tysburg, Pa. and the Edith Ruth Estate, Hanover, Pa. C. David Redding was the auctioneer. A public sale of real estate was held Sept. 18 by Bertha M. Ritter on Lincoln Road, near Brunnerville, Lancaster Co., Pa. The 19 acres with a 2% story brick dwelling, summer house, large frame bam, tobacco shed and chicken house was sold for $122,000. The property also had 4 springs and a 1000 gal. oil tank. Frank and Paul Snyder were the auc tioneers. The Waymore farm complete dispersal was held Sept. 18 on the farm near Davidsonville, Anne Arundel Co., Maryland. The owner was Clifton E. Wayson. There were 120 registered Holsteins sold and the 65 cows averaged between $l4OO and $l5OO. The top cow sold for $3550 and the second high was sold for $3200. Sale manager was Remsburg Sale Service. A public auction of real estate and household items was held Sept. 18 for the Paul, F. Hagenbuch estate located at Rl, Watsontown, Pa. There were 207 registered buyers present. The 85-acre farm with a house and bank barn plus a large pond was sold for $93,000. A two-day public auction of farm equipment and personal property was held Sept. 17 and Sept. 18 by Christiania H. Dobler, along Interstate 78 about 1 mile west of Shartlesville, Pa.
