Prices are from Egg Clearinghouse, Inc.,. (ECI) Durham, N.H. and
reflect trading prices for gradable nest run eggs (GNR) on ECI, a nation
wide trading center for producers, packers and marketers. GNK eggs are
elpagifwd by weight in 30-dozen cases, and traded in lots of either 300 or
750 cases. Prices are FOB buyers dock, and are computed Tuesday and
Thursday of each week. This week’s prices for each classification were:

particularly on medium.

sometimes difficult to clear. Parts
continue to clear in most-quarters
and best interest m legs and wings.
Slaughter schedules remain heavy
and live supplies ample. Weights
trending slightly lighter at most
plants but still heavy for most
requirements. Understone steady
to weak.
Today’s L.T.L. asking prices are
unchanged on U.S. Grade A at 48-53
cents.
