    Daily dishes

VANILLA PUDDING CAKE
Beat 4 egg yolks. Add 9 T. water
and beat well. Add 3/4 c sugar and
Cat. Sift 2 cups flour and 3 t
king powder.
Add to first mixture. Beat 4 eggs
whites and 1 t. salt. Fold into
batter.
Pour into long cake pan lined
with wax paper. Bake at 325
degrees for 10 minutes then put
crumbs on top
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 T. butter
Bake till done about 30 minutes
Cool, cut in half and fill with the
following pudding:
Cook. 3 c. milk
1 heaping T. flour
1 heaping T. cornstarch
2 eggs
It vanilla
Cool thoroughly before tilling
cake.

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT
1 lb. graham crackers
2 3 3/4-oz boxes instant vanilla
pudding
3 c milk
Ipt heavy cream
Line bottom of 13x9x2 inch dish
with whole grahams Beat pudding
mix and milk until smooth. Whip
cream and fold in pudding. Spread
half of it over grahams. Place
another layer of whole grahams on
top. Top with remaining pudding.
Cover with third layer of whole
grahams Spread chocolate top
ping on top
Topping:
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3T butter
3 T. milk
It vanilla
21. corn syrup
11/2 c. 10X sugar
Melt chocolate chips and butter
Beat in remaining ingredients until
smooth. Spread on top layer of
grahams. Chill 24 hours before
serving.
