EXISTING HARVESTORE STRUCTURES!
* Gears are thru-hardened chrome, moly alloy steel or
carburized and hardened nickel.
* Shafts are chrome, moly alloy steel thru-hardened for
maximum toughness.
* Unloader components are not “buried” or formed in
concrete, but can be easily installed and removed from
HARVESTORE trough.
* A single 5 H.P. electric motor powers the entire unload
er. The motor is especially designed for the high
starting torque needed to start the sweep arm under
load.
* Two-speed gear reduction drive. A rugged gear reduc
tion unit drives the auger and sweep arm drive system.
Low fixed speed is used for hard starting. High fixed
speed is used for maximum clean-out delivery.
