Only Dairy-Matic offers all these features and benefits:
Stainless Steel Feeders with optional self supporting floor stands.
Feed Flow Monitor assures positive feed dispensing, it will stop the feeder
and display a warning light in the event the feed hopper gets empty, or feed bridges,
or any motor fails, or any other malfunction.
High Moisture Corn Equipment such as stainless steel holding bins, agita
tors, augers and conveyors for high moisture shelled and ground ear corn.
Metering and Continuous Flow Mixing Units automatically and accur
ately measures and mixes any number of various high moisture and dry feed
ingredients together into one ration as the feeders need it.
Positive Identification of each cow whenever the radio type communication
tag on the cows neck gets within 5" of the identifier, even when splattered or
covered with manure. (This is not possible with systems using magnet or light
communication.)
Fits Magnetic Feeders. Identifiers can be attached to various feeders with
special mounting brackets.
Lower Cost. A system including the computer, feeders, metering units with
monitors, supply hoppers, fill switches, identifiers, neck tags and communication
cable is available for only $89.00 per cow, or either $1.92 per cow per month with
our lease plan and a one dollar purchase option at the end of the lease period. Prices
vary depending on herd size, length of lease, optional equipment, etc.
University test and dairy operations report milk production and feed savings can
increase cash flow by $15.00 per cow per month with a computer.
