Cows and bulls remained steady.
The upswing in carcass and boxed
beef prices plus the reduction of
salable supplies at midweek forced
live prices to follow the pattern and
close the week on a higher note.
Majority of weekly receipts Good
and Choice steers and heifers with
around 12% cows and bulls.
Receipts this week 1800; compared
to 1895 last week and 3188 last year.
