sold for $95,665 and the
67 females averaged
$1232 with the 11 bulls
averaging $1142.
The top selling
female, Edlyns Black
Jestress bom May 3,
1960, was consigned by

Angus, Parkesburg,
Chester Co. sold for
$7,600. The heifer was a
daughter of Ken Caryl
Mister Angus and was
purchased by Meng
Angus Farms, Bowling
Green, Kentucky.

Number Nine Road, 5 miles south of Geneva, 12 miles north of
PennYan, 2Vz miles north of Hall, N.Y.
Having sold or leased their farms, Mr. and Mrs. Stape are retiring
from a lifetime of farming and selling at public auction the
following line of well cared for machinery:
3 Nice I.H. diesel, wife front tractors: 1566 with positive front wheel drive,
20.8x38 rubber, axle duals, 1798 hrs.; 1066 with 18.4x38 rubber, 1319 hrs.;
and 766 with 18.4x34 rubber, 1483 hrs.
3 Desirable trucks: 1965 Chevy 60 series with tag axle 10 wheel, 409 engine,
5 sp. trans., 2 sp. axle, 9:20 rubber, 22 ft. gram body with heavy hoist; 1967
Ford C-800 with tag axle 10 wheel, 391 engine, 5 sp. trans., 2 sp. axle, 9:20
rubber, 22 ft. gram body with heavy hoist; and 1967 Chevy 60 series single
axle, with 6 cylinder engine, 4 sp. trans , 2 sp. axle, 8.25 rubber, 14 ft. grain
body with hoist.
MACHINERY AND IMPLEMENTS; 1981 I.H. 800 Cyclo “Early Riser”
corn planter with insecticide boxes, liquid fertilizer setup with squeeze
pump, completely updated by I.H. company for the 1982 season. Umt is
presently setup for 6-row wide planting but has 2 brand new units to make it
