LOCATION: At my Maryland Farm, located Vz mile northwest of
Woodsboro, on Route 550, in Frederick County.
150 Head of HOLSTEINS hand picked by us personally!
These cows were selected from some of the better herds from
several states. We try to buy the best and leave the rest. There
will be good cows from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maine, New Hamp
shire, Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland. We spent
a lot of time and money to put this fine group together.
There will be 75 Purebreds of the finest quality, several will be
classified with DHIA Records. They were all picked from top
herds. Some of these cows are milking yp to 100 lbs. per day.
There will be 25 Big Purebred first calf heifers, fresh, milking up
to 75 lbs. per day. The information on the Purebreds will be in the
Catalog the day of the Sale. '
Also, there will be 50 big fancy grade cows, just fresh or close to
freshening. There will be 25 fancy grade first calf heifers, just
fresh, and 25 good grade heifers close to freshening.
Several top Purebred heifer calves will also be sold
