An initial meeting of USDA agency members of the Lancaster County coordinating committee has already been held to get the program moving. Attending the session were representatives of ASCS, Federal Crop Insurance, Forestry Service, Soil Con servation Service, Farm Credit, Extension Service and the Far mers Home Administration, which is acting as the central agency. “We will be holding a second meeting during the coming week to explain how the program will work and what is involved,” according to Patrick K.
