DYC finishes with top Bucks Co. DHIA average
DOYLESTOWN The Bucks County Dairy Herd Im
provement Association finished its 58th year September 30
with 55 whole-year members, three AM-PM members and
three Owner-Sampler members
The county's 3,261 cows on test averaged 15,861 pounds of
milk and 606 pounds of buttertat.
Delaware Valley College, Doylestown, topped the county
herd average with 20,579 pounds of milk and 742 pounds of
butterfaton44,l registered Holstems.
The Bucks County DHIA is comprised of, President-Roy
Shull, Vice President-Robert Holland, Secretary-Treasurer-
John Wright, Directors-Joe Peters, Paul_ Wisser, Harry
Thompson, Dr John Plummer, James Beyer, Clarence Berger
