Alspach was named acting ad ministrator of the U.S. Depart ment of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service by Mary Jarratt, assistant secretary for food and consumer services. Alspach most recently served as regional administrator for the Southeast Region of the Food and Nutrition Service. He has had broad experience in domestic feeding programs.. He G.
