County 4-H’ers were honored for
their accomplishments and
achievements at the 1981 4-H
Achievement Night at St. James
Lutheran Church here.
Stacey Lmebaugh, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs Donald Lmebaugh,
East Berlin, was the recipient of
the Hose Murren Award -which is
given to an outstanding 4-H’er who
had not been fully recognized
earlier for her leadership abilities
in the 4-H program.
The William Miller Award was
established to honor a 4-H’er who
has worked hard to instill pride
and respect in 4-H and the im
portance of development of the
individual. This year’s recipient of
the William Miller Award was
Kevin Reaver, of Mr. and Mrs.
James Reaver, Littlestown.
Gary Flickmger, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Richard Fbckmger, Get
tysburg, was the recipient of the
ABC Williams Awards which is
presented to a 4-H who provides
outstanding leadership to 4-H.
Cristiana Mickley daughter of
Mr. & Mrs. R. Kenneth Mickely
was presented the Lois E. Smith
Memorial Award for her out
standing ' accomphshements in
plant science 4-H projects.
