Visitors can touch the nose of the Holstein cow pictured on the panel, and through light travelling along fibers mounted inside can see the grass being “digested” by the cow and how the food “moves” through the cow’s four stomachs. The technique also gives the illusion of grass changing in shape and color during the digestive process. The Zoo is open ail year round, according to Dairy Council, and the new exhibit can be seen during regular visiting hours. USED DIESELS • SL 3 Lister • HRS 6 Lister • 1 Cylinder Deutz • SVI9S-14H.P.
