Named were Sherrie Ferguson, 17, of R 4, Berlin, state winner in home management; Lucille Homer, 16, of R 3, Somerset, winner in the food conservation and safety contest; Jeffrey Calvert, 16, of Rl, Berlin, state sheep winner; and Susan Charney, 18, of R 2, Lockwood, state bicycle winner. Sherrie and Lucille will receive expense-paid trips to National 4-H Congress in Chicago, November 29-Oecember 3. Jeffrey and Susan will be eligible to attend the national conference. All compete for awards at the national level.
