The August 1981 report of the Juniata County Dairy Herd
Improvement Association is as follows:
Record were calculated for 4,794 cows in 81 herds.
The ten high herds in average butterfat production per cow,
per day are listed below Owner’s name, number of cows,
average daily pounds milk and butterfat per cow are given in
order:
