better than ever Solanco Fair will
Kick off the Lancaster County
community fair season next week,
according to Murl Aliment,
president of the Southern Lan
caster County Community Fair
Association.
The Solanco Fair will open the
season with a three-day run
Wednesday through Friday at the
fair grounds near the park along
Rt. 472.
An addition constructed to the
community building is expected to
increase various exhibits at the
fair.

for expanded exhibits.
The unproved growing season,
as compared to last year, is also
expected to appreciably increase
the fruit, vegetable and flower
exhibits. The number of entries of
arts and crafts exhibits is also
expected to top last year.
The annual parade is scheduled
to begin at b':4s p.m. on Wed
nesday. Ram date is Thursday at
the same tune.
