informed the Penn
sylvania Game Com
mission that anyone
desiring to purchase a
1981 New York bow
hunting stamp or junior
archery license will be
required to present a
bow hunter training
certificate.
The only acceptable
certificate will be one
issued in 1974 or later
by the New York State
Department of En
vironmental Con
servation, or- a cer
tificate from the
National Field Archery
Association or the
National Bow Hunter
Education Foundation.
Certificates from the
Pennsylvania Game
Commission’s hunter
education program or
other courses will not be
acceptable

plan to hunt this year in
New York with a bow
