Since many nopresidents have motor vehicle operator’s licenses from Pennsylvania, a Penn sylvania “driver’s license” is not con sidered to be a positive “proof” of residency. The following can be used to establish “proof’ of residency; (a) a current Penn sylvania motor vehicle REGISTRATION card; (fo) tax receipts evidencing payment of Pennsylvania state income tax, earned income tax, or other tax receipts evidencing payment of personal taxes required of Commonwealth reside nts; (c) a Pennsylvania operator’s license when presented with other positive identification showing a correspon ding Pennsylvania address; or (d) some other positive means of verifying residency. The 1981-82 Penn sylvania Hunting and Trapping Digest is being issued with each hunting license. , The 56-page booklet with a light blue cover contains information on 1981-82 seasons and bag limits, maps and dates for special hunting areas, a general summary of hunting laws and regulations, and numerous other items of interest to sportsmen.
