Kutztown awards showmanship, fitting honors
KUTZTOWN - In the largest of
the showmanship and fitting
contests of the Kutztown Fair,
youths representing several
breeds of dairy cows pitted their
skills against one another. Coming
out on top were the first place
youths of the 15 to 16 Age classes,
Scott Troutman, Myerstown, in
show and Cathie Ohhnger,
Mohrsville, in fitting.
Reserve grand champion honors
went to Kevin Sattazahn, 18,
Womelsdorf in showmanship, and
Kevin Schlegel, 14, of Boyertown in
fitting. The placmgs are:

here on August 28, and 29.
