Sale Manager’s Note: Due to a shortage of
help the Atwoods have decided to sell most of
the milking herd and a few choice bred heifers.
Together we picked 70 head from about 100
cows and heifers that are right from the top of
the herd. Any blemished or problem cows are
not selling only the best. This herd is ex
tremely good uddered with excellent feet &
legs. They are not pushed for high production,
although several cows selling have records
over 18,000 m. Milking herd consists mostly of
Ist, 2nd, and 3rd calf animals. This sale offers a
unique opportunity to buy fall milk, from good,
honest, sound cattle at farmer-breeder prices.
Plan to be on hand sale day you’ll be glad you
did.
