25, near Strasburg, Lancaster Co.
Some of the prices included:

A pubhc auction of real estate of
George and Juniata Ricker was
held on July 25, near Benton,
Columbia County, Pa.
The 55 acre farm with 24 tillable

for 165,000. No personal property
