receipts proved burdensome and
forced cattle pnces sharply lower
in Tuesday trading. However, a
modest Wednesday supply forced
buyers to compete actively for
close-up salugther requirements;
thus the market regained all the
Tuesday decline. The number of
yield grade 4 and 5 Steers and
Heifers declined; while some in
crease noted in supply of Heifers
weighing 850925 lbs.

week’s receipts. Heifers 27 pet.,
Cows 9 pet., Feeders 13 pet.
