midweek closing 1.00 to mostly 2.00
lower. Bulls remained steady.
Trade opened the week slow and
deliberate in reaction to an un
settled beef trade. Chi Wednesday
demand improved and pushed live
prices above the sharply lower
closing prices of the previous
week. Receipts this week 2600 as
compared to 2809 last week and
3109 last year.
