Order of the Orphans’ Court Division of
the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania, the following
premises will be offered at Public Sale on
SATURDAY, MAY 16,1981

All that certain tract of land with im
provements thereon erected, situated on Noble
Road between Nine Points and Christiana, 2
miles West of Christiana, Sadsbury Twp.,
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, more fully
described in a deed recorded in the Recorder’s
Office of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in
Record Book H, Volumes?, Page 193.
The terms of said sale will provide that ten
percent (10%) of the purchase price be paid
upon the property being conditionally struck
off and the balance of purchase price sahll be
paid at settlement to be held on or before June
