meets Tuesday
LEESPORT The Berks
Equine Council will hold its
monthly meeting on May 12 at the
Berks County Ag Center. The
session is scheduled to begin at
7:30 p.m.
Featured speaker at this
month’s meeting is Jim Lewars,
coordinator of the Daniel Boon
Homestead, located in Berks
County. He will discuss the park
and the equine activities it offers.
Also on the agenda is discussion
on this year’s Horse Expo and
planning ideas for the 1982 Horse
Expo.
