County’s Milk Promotion Com
mittee is looking for qualified
contestants to participate in this
year’s Dairy Princess contest,
which will be held June 20 at the
Landis Valley Resort Inn.
Contestants may have com
pleted' their junior year of high
school and not reach their 22nd
birthday by Dec. 31,1981. Potential
princesses must be the daughter of
a dairy farmer, a dairy farm
manager, herdsman or dairy farm
owner or own more than one dairy
animal prior to May 1,1981.

Chairpersons for this year’s
event are Mr. and Mrs. Elvin
Brenneman, Mount Joy Rl. They
noted that contestants will have
the opportunity to promote dairy
products and the dairy industry.
The new Lancaster County Dairy
Princess will receive a wardrobe
and will participate in the state
training seminar scheduled for
- July. She will represent Lancaster
County in the Pennsylvania Dairy
Princess contest in September.
