Grafting demonstration set
LANDENBERG On Saturday,
May 15, the Pennsylvania
Nutgrowers Association will host a
demonstration of horticultural
grafting of nut trees and minor
fruits.
The meeting will begin at 9:30
a.m., rain or shine, at the home of
Ellis A. Schmidt, Flint Hill Road,
Landenberg. There is no charge
and membership in PNGA is not
required.
Lunch will be available. The
hosts request pre-registration in
order to facilitate lunch
preparations and develop the most
productive program.
The Schmidts are located about
five miles south of the village of
West Grove, in southern Chester
County, on Flint Hill Road between
Routes 896 apd 841. For further

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the un
dersigned will offer at public sale at'the Fort
Granville Branch of The Russell National
Bank, West Fourth Street Extended,
Lewistown, Pennsylvania, on Friday, May 29,
1981, at 2:30 o’clock, P.M., D.S.T., the following
real estate.
ALL THOSE two tracts .of land
situated in Derry Township, Mifflin
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described according to survey by
John G. Robinson & Associates, Inc.,
dated October 20, 1976, and recorded
in Plat Book No. 11, Page 13, Tract
No. 1 consisting of 53.32 acres and
Tract No. 2 consisting of 77.35 acres,
more or less, said Tracts being
contiguous, No. 1 being on the North
side of Township Road No. 377 and No.
2 being on the South side of said Road.

EXCEPTING, NEVERTHELESS,
from the foregoing, a certain one-half

dividually and as Administratrix of

deceased, to Ralph P. Kearns and

Hephzxbah Mitchell and Margaret Nancy
Mitchell, an Incompetent whose Guardian, The
Russell National Bank, will join with Mary
Hephzibah Mitchell (subject Court con
firmation) in the conveyance of the total fee
interest in said premises.
TERMS OF SALE; Down payment payable
at time of sale shall be Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred and 00/100 ($13,500.00) Dollars,
payable in the form of a certified check drawn
on any State or National Bank licensed to do
hanking business in the Commonwealth of

order of Mary Hephzibah Mitchell and The
Russell National Bank, Guardian of the Estate
