Happy Easter, everybody' Try
some delicious desserts to serve
with mom’s Easter meal
YUM YUM DESSERT
60 Ritz crackers (rolled)
1/4 pound melted butter
2qt vanilla ice cream
11/2 c. milk
2 pkg instant coconut pudding (or
any kind of your choice)
Mix crackers and melted butter
Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs, put
remainder in a 9 x 13 inch pan
Beat milk and ice cream until
thick and add dry pudding mix

Pour over crumbs and sprinkle

1 small box lemon jello
1 cup hot water
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c cold water
2T vinegar
1/41 salt
Mix the last four ingredients
together and chill
When jello starts to jell, beat
both mixtures together
Add
11/2 c chopped cabbage
1/2 c chopped radishes
1/2 c chopped celery
2or3T diced green pepper
IT onion (diced)
Chill
