My pleasure is to see things neat
and in order In other words, “A
place for everything and
everything in its place.” But not all
family members agree with this
theory. And, it is quite difficult, m
fact I might say impossible, to run
my life this way.
My thoughts jumb from this
activity to that activity and then
back again. I’m trying to organize
the 4-H Club in my community and
am having trouble getting leaders
for particular projects.
Telephoning takes a lo: of time that
I could be using to weed my garden
and rake the lawn.
Then too I try to plan on time to
take my aged mother on necessary
business trips This too is
something to which I must devote
time; plus, bothersome trips to
doctors and dentists for checkups.
I’ve wanted to invite some of my
friends to drop in for cake and
coffee before the busy garden
season is here We all are in
terested in quilts and coverlets and

Trying to contact all of our
children and invite them for an
Easter dinner is also a job. Even
after I find them at home I
discover that they have other
plans. One is going fishing with
friends and one has promised
another family to eat at their
home. Oh well, then the Easter
Bunny won’t have so many baskets
of candy to fill and hide.
As this is our youngest childs last
year in High School, she too has
things for me to do in the evenings.
There is the school play and the
Wind Ensemble in which she plays
her flute. Of course I enjoy these
activites but it seems there is no
easy way to have an orderly and
peaceful life style.
