Service Award given by the
National Society of Livestock
Records Association

of NSLRA, have made significant
contributions to the welfare of

Rumler has been a unique leader
in the livestock industry for the
past 45 years. A graduate of Penn
State he began his career as
assistant county agent in Pettis
County, Missouri in 1936. Since
1948, he has been affiliated with the
Holstem-Fnesian Association,
serving as executive secretary and
then chairman of that
organization.
He is a past president of NSLRA
and has served numerous livestock
organizations as an officer and
harrows nave penetrating weights of 95
to 115 pounds per blade and working
widths of 15 to 33'-. feet Available in

was organized in 1911. It is a
organization of livestock registry
associations, all non-profit

oiganizations will be entitled to
nominate one person who, in their
estimation, tales consideration for
the Distinguished Service Award
which will be presented each year
during the annual meeting of
NSLRA. Organizations comprising
the membership and eligibility for
the award come from the dairy,
beef, swine, horse, sheep and dairy
goat registry groups.
“It is significant that m glancing
back over the years there are
many outstanding persons in each
of the representative organizations
who would have made excellent
choices for this awaru,” said
Dickenson. "It is hoped that from
this. date forward proper
recognition will be made of these
stalwarts in the livestock in
dustry.”
