The program has been designed, in part, to replace the old Keystone Grange Exchange, which served Grange members for over 50 years in the early part of this century. The Exchange was the forerunner of the modern cooperative movement in Pennsylvania “This is a program that is really going to grow,” said State Master Charles E.
