Horst was presented his NORTH WALES - The Mon tgomery County Equine Council and the Penn State Extension Service will sponsor a horse judging clinic on April 3 and 4 at Meadow Lane m North Wales. The clinic is open to all people in teresting in becoming judges or who want to sharpen their judging skills. Pete Cameron of St. Catherine, Ohio, Canada will be the in structor. Having been a registered judge in eight American Horse Shows Association divisions and a senior judge in numerous Canadian Horse Show Association divisions. Cameron has been one of the most sought-after judges throughout the nation. He has officiated at such notable shows as the All American Quarter Horse Congress, State 4-H Horse Show in Harrisburg and the World Shows for the Arabian, Appaloosa and Quarter Horse Breeds Association. Those persons participating in the clinic will mark an official card for each class. The placmgs will be compared to the official placmgs and scored, however, this is just as a learning experience and is not competitive.
