Robert Wrable, second from left, treasurer of the
Agronomy Club at Penn State, presents $lOO gift to the Ag
Arena Building Fund in behalf of the student organization to
James M. Beattie, dean of the Penn State College of
Agriculture. At left is Les Lanyon, assistant professor of
agronomy and advisor to the Agronomy Club, and right,
Milford Heddleson, coordinator of environmental quality
affairs in the College and co-chairman of the building fund
campaign. The 190,000-square-foot facility, to be con
structed on the University Park Campus, will be used for
classroom instruction, College of. Agriculture shows and
events, and 4-H and FFA activities.
