Our Winner
Our winner for “Name that
Hog" is Jill Weaver of Ephrata.
Her piggy’s name and caption
were judged for creativity,
originality, humor (as we felt
the pig was really worth a
funny line or two) and
imagination. She received a
pig book marker for first place.
The decision was a tough one
as we received over 25
responses. We received
names from Egbert to Bruno
And most everyone wanted to
butcher the poor piggy But we
decided to let him live and
fight it out with Porky Pig.
Thank you to all of you who
participated, but don’t give
up; we’ll have more contests
and pick more winners in the
future!
‘‘Here comes another day of just sitting in the mud. It's so boring. I'd rather
just sit in Liquid Gold. I guess that’s how Porky Pig got so rich. I bet he didn’t
have it this bad. _
