1981 Pa. Apple Queen on Tuesday evening by last year’s
queen, Kris Shutt. Selected as first alternate was Tami
Lobaugh of Adams County.

I was growing up,” she smiled.
During the Tuesday evening
contest. Heather was the final
contestant to appear on stage. She
wore a flattering gown in a deep
apple-red hue.
