D26—Lancaster Fanning, Saturday, February 7,1981 Berks 4-H club holds KUTZTOWN - The Berks County 4-H Horse Clubs held their Third Annual Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 24, at the Grange Hall. The evening was highlighted by the presentation of the “Outstanding 4-H Horse Member Award Plaques.” The out standing Junior Girl Award went to Tracey Picus, 18 Farway Lane, Wescosville. Tracey, a member of the Northern Berks Equestrians, has been in 4-H four years and is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Gerald Picus The outstanding Junior Boy Award was presented to Kirk Fisher, son of Mr. and Mrs Steve Fisher of R 1 Oley. Kirk is a five member of the Oley Saddle-ites 4-H Horse Club. These awards were sponsored by Feather Hill Western Shop, Lenhartsville, and Berks-Lehigh Farm Credit Service, Shoemakersville The Outstanding Senior Girl Award went to Megan Allen, daughter of Debroah Allen, Shoemakersville Meg is an eight year 4-H member now in the Wrowdy Wranglers near Shoemakersville Her award was presented by F.
