Mayor William Donald Schaefer issues a challenge
for Maryland Comptroller Louis L. Goldstein to
come out with both hands milking. The challenge
came after the Mayor "successfully" milked a
Holstein during Friday’s press con-
host organization for the
national meeting. In addition
to the special presentation to
the Mayor, “our Holstein
cow had a special part in this
Friday’s ceremonies,” said
Knutsen.
Mayor Schaefer said, “In
anticipation of the world’s
largest dairy cattle meeting,
Baltimore is proud to have
our famous Convention
Center serve as an
educational laboratory for a
vital agricultural industry.”
The Mayor further em
phasized the 3000 delegates
and guests will visit
