Steve Taylor STEVETAYLOR Biglerville High School Steve Taylor, 17 year old son of Robert and Gwih Taylor of Aspers, is an Adams County Keystone Degree recipient “In 1978 and 1979 I had an off-farm work project at Kune’s Cider Mill.
