A liberal volume of Choice
3-4 steers and heifers con
tinued to be marketed
locally with yield grade a
major price trade factor.
Cow marketings increased
locally. Approximately 400
fleshy 1000-1050 lbs. steers
went to feeder accounts.
Slaughter steers made up
around 43 percent of the
estimated five day total,
slaughter heifers 31 percent,
cows fully 17 percent and
feeders 8 percent.
