Diane Hall, R 3, Franklin, received a $l,OOO scholarship during the 59th National 4-H Congress m Chicago, Nov. 30-Dec. 4. In her entomology project the Venango County girl learned “to respect all living organisms, including in sects. Not all msects are destructive Many are beneficial,” she said.
